HEERA is elated to present Hamari Pahchan as their partners for the project. Hamari Pahchan is a Delhi based NGO working towards the upliftment of underprivileged communities, especially focusing on equitable care and access to resources. For HEERA, Hamari Pahchan played an instrumental role in connecting us to the right stakeholders, and expanding the networks of connection necessary to broker effective, holistic, and community-led social change.
